We are seeking a PPC Executive who will be responsible for managing production planning, scheduling, and coordination among the production, store, purchase, and dispatch departments. The job holder will ensure that there is timely production according to the needs of the customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of daily and monthly production planning as per the orders and demands.
- Coordination with production, stores, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Checking the status of production and ensuring completion of targets on time.
- Checking the availability of raw materials and coordinating for shortage issues.
- Scheduling production and updating daily production schedule.
- Checking the status of pending orders and their timely dispatch.
- Identifying delay in production and coordination with relevant departments for its solution.
- Maintenance of PPC report, MIS report, and production data.
- Coordination with production department for proper utilization of machines and manpower.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 year's experience in PPC / Production Planning, preferably in manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Multiple production schedules and priorities management.
- Analytical & problem solving approach.
- Hardware/Engineering/Metal manufacturing experience will be an asset.
