We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Hydraulic systems, Power Press Machines, Zinc Plant equipment, Chillers, Boilers, and Air Compressors. The role includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, machine installation, utility maintenance, and ensuring smooth plant operations with minimum downtime. Candidates should have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, safety practices, and spare parts management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with production teams are required.

Operate Wire Cut EDM machines for precision component manufacturing. Knowledge of machine programming, setting, and cutting operations. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. Responsible for maintaining accuracy and quality of finished components. Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge required. Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Operate power press machines safely and efficiently in the production line. Knowledge of sheet metal components, die setting, and press operations. Ability to check product quality as per drawing/specification. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure production targets and safety standards are maintained. Candidates from manufacturing industry preferred.

Job Summary We are setting up a state-of-the-art Soft Close Cabinet Hinge manufacturing plant with fully automatic robotic assembly lines, semi-automatic machines, and manual assembly stations. We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in automated assembly systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), PLC-controlled equipment, servo motors, sensors, pneumatics, and robotic arms. Key Responsibilities • Undergo overseas training on automated hinge assembly machines and manufacturing processes. • Lead machine installation, commissioning, testing, and production ramp-up. • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic assembly lines, PLC-based machines, servo systems, sensors, pneumatic cylinders, and automation equipment. • Ensure maximum machine uptime, productivity, quality, and process efficiency. • Develop preventive maintenance systems and manage technical spare parts. • Train operators, technicians, and supervisors on machine operation and maintenance. • Establish SOPs, process controls, and quality standards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. • Spearhead the overall manufacturing process and provide technical leadership for the plant.
